Shopify Products
Where your shop is selling purely Duty Paid stock, you may want to remove Duty Free Variants from your Shopify products. This can be achieved by setting the Shopify Force Unique Variant field on Shopify Shop to Duty Paid and running the Adjust Product Variants routine. This deletes the Duty Free Variant against the Shopify product. Navigate to Shopify Products page and select Actions, Adjust Product Variants.
Shopify Bundles
It is possible to set an item which has a bill of materials (BOM) as a Shopify Bundle. The available inventory in Shopify will be based on the component product with the least amount of inventory in the relevant location. In addition, when the sales order for a Shopify Bundle item is created in Bevica, the BOM will automatically be exploded so the component items will be listed with the total bundle price evenly distributed across the component lines.
To set an item as a Shopify bundle:
Navigate to the relevant item card
Select Related, Bill of Materials, Assembly, Assembly BOM and ensure the relevant items have been added
Go back to the item card and toggle on the Shopify Bundle Case field
Marketing Text
Marketing Text can be added to items, either on the item record itself or via an import routine. Any Marketing Text entered will be synchronised to Shopify. To add or amend marketing text manually, select Edit on the Marketing Text factbox on the item record.

You are also able to import item marketing text which will be synchronised to Shopify.
From the Shopify Shop page, click on Actions - Import/Export Marketing Text
Optionally filter on item/s and set the Direction to Export
This will create a csv file with the item numbers in column A and any marketing text that has already been entered in column B

Add any new marketing text to the relevant items. Note that you just need to add the text, not any formatting

Once the file is complete, save it as a .csv file [CSV (Comma Delimited)]
Go back to the Shopify Shop page, click on Actions - Import/Export Marketing Text
Set the Direction to Import, click on OK and select the file.
The file will be imported and you will see the Marketing Text against the item.
