Bevica Database Schema

Explore all tables and fields in Bevica Business Central. Use Schema Tables and Schema Fields to review properties, relationships, and table information for reporting and integrations.

The Bevica Database Schema shows you technical Table and Field related information. Used primarily by system administrators, developers, and report writers, it helps to understand the structure behind what Users see and how tables and fields can be used in extending the software's capability.

The lists are automatically kept up to date reflecting the currently installed apps.

• The information reflects the Apps installed in the environment.

Schema Tables

This page lists all tables in the database alongside table properties.

Page options:

• Run Table: This displays the data held against that table. Some tables do not have an associated page so you may see a 'No Pages found for this table message'.
• Table fields: Drilldowns into the fields on the selected table.

Schema Fields

This page lists all fields in the database alongside field properties.

Page options:

• Related, Table Information (All): This displays a record per table/company with additional information such as the No. of Records, Size (KB), and Index Size (KB). Warning: This page is slow to open. More information here: View table information.
• Schema - Table factbox: Shows table information. The factbox menu has additional options.
• Relation Field factbox: Where the field has a RelationTable and RelationField, this displays details of that related table and field. The factbox menu has additional options.

Your specific user permissions will determine which tables/fields are visible.
