Transferring Paid Reserves between Locations
Transfer Paid Reserves between locations while keeping ownership and duty status intact.
Where necessary, you can move paid reserves between locations, this may be necessary as part of the En Primeur process or where paid reserves are to be moved between warehouses for any reason. You can decide who's paid reserves to move and what quantity.
Prerequisites
Set up inventory and transfer orders.
Set up paid reserves.
Transferring Paid Reserves
In the
button, search for Transfer Orders.Once the page is open, create a new order.
Enter the Transfer From and Transfer To codes alongside the In-Transit Code. The Duty Status field determines the ultimate destination status of the stock. To populate the lines select Actions, Functions, Get Paid Reserve to transfer on the order ribbon. In the Paid Reserve Selection page that appears, select the paid reserves and the quantities of each you want to transfer. Clicking OK will copy your selection to the order.
The Transfer order is then managed as normal, first shipping the goods then receipting them. The Paid Reserves follow this process, this can be seen at each stage in the Paid Reserve Summary and Paid Reserve Entries pages.
Where Bevica determines it needs to replenish Paid Reserve stock from Duty Free to Duty Paid this is done as part of Shipping the Transfer Order.
