Retrieve Liv-ex market prices into Bevica and store them as valuations.
Bevica lets you retrieve Liv-ex Market prices for your items that have an LWIN attached.

Prerequisites
Licenced by Liv-ex to access online data via API.
Items linked to a Liv-ex LWIN7. See Liv-ex LWIN.
Bevica Essentials extension installed.
Bevica Market Values extension installed.
Ability to manage items.

Setup
Some initial setup is required to establish the details to access the Liv-ex API services.
Choose the 
icon, enter Item Market Values Setup, and then choose the related link. Populate the following fields.

To retrieve market prices
There are three ways you can retrieve market prices for an item.
1. Manually for a single item
Navigate to an Item Card/List record that has a LWIN attached. Search for the Get Liv-ex Prices routine. Selecting this will update just that item's details.
2. Manually for all items.
Navigate to Item Market Values Setup page, Actions, Get Liv-ex Price Data routine ribbon. This routine can be run without filters, and it will update prices for all items that have an LWIN attached.
3. Creating a Job Queue Entry to run the routine automatically.
Create a Job Queue Entry that it set to run Report 74500 Get Liv-ex Prices periodically.

As well as storing the data received from Liv-ex in the LWIN Price Data page the information is copied to the Item Market Valuation page where a price history can build up. See Item Market Valuation for more information.
Liv-ex Integration Setup 'Currency Code'
Liv-ex provides market values in the following currencies: gbp, eur, chf, usd, hkd, jpy, sgd. Selecting one of these currencies will display valuations in that currency and also covert to Local currency. The Valuation Date is used to find the relevant exchange rate.
If the 'Liv-ex Currency Code' differs from your local currency, you must go to the Currencies page and populate the Liv-ex Currency field to map it to the corresponding system currency.
The following Liv-ex currency types are not supported: gbpbtt, eurbtt, chfbtt, gbp/btt, eur/btt, chf/btt. These provide prices pre-converted into bottle values. Bevica does this automatically, displaying prices in Base.
Liv-ex Integration Setup 'Price Type'
The Price Type field in Item Market Values Setup lets you decide which market price(s) you want to retrieve from Liv-ex. Select the codes you want from the list below and populate them in the Price Type field. e.g. if you want retrieve marketPrice, midPrice and lastTrade enter: "A","D","F"

It is common for some Price types to return zero price, this will create an Item Market Value line with blank Valuation.
Your Liv-ex licence may not include all the options above, in this case no records will be returned by Liv-ex. Please confirm with your Liv-ex account manager.
