Set dark theme across all web contents.
Type chrome://flags into the browser's address bar.

Search for Dark Mode

Set Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents to Enabled
Enabled

Using the bottom right button, relaunch the browser.
All browser screens now appear in Dark Theme
