# Templates

Download and complete Bevica Select Excel templates for data migration. Use them with RapidStart (Configuration Packages) in Business Central.

Templates let you migrate data fast, with fewer manual keying errors.\
You export a pre-formatted Excel file, fill it in, then import it back into Bevica.

Where you get templates in Business Central

1. Use search, open **Configuration Worksheet**.
2. Select the row for the table you want to load (for example **Customer**).
3. Select **Excel** → **Export to Template**.
4. Populate the spreadsheet.
5. Back on the same row, select **Excel** → **Import from Template**.
6. Select **Apply Data** (after import preview).

Do not change the Excel template layout (columns, order, headings). Bevica expects the original structure.

Avoid importing into Production first. Copy your Production company and test the import there.
