Company Information

Set up Company Information in Bevica Select, including address, VAT registration, and base details used on documents, reports, and posting.

The following is a list of all of the fields you will need to complete in the Company Information page. See also Company Information Overview.

General FastTab

Name	Mandatory	Company Address details appear on external facing documents such as Sales Invoices, Order Confirmations.

VAT Registration No	Mandatory	This field is used on both your external facing document such as sales invoices, credit memos etc, and for MTD. Note that the format must be numbers only and must not include any spaces otherwise the connection to HMRC for MTD will fail.
Picture	Mandatory	This appears on external documentation, i.e. Sales Invoices, Order confirmations. The format must be in a .png, .jpg or .bmp format.

Company Badge FastTab

You are able to change the company switcher icon on the upper-right side of the app bar.
